    Dale Hicks and Associates has the experience and ability to develop raw tracts of land for residential or commercial use.  We have put several residential developments together over the years and continue to pursue the most responsible and efficient use of land.

    Currently, we are working on two developments in St. Louis County, Missouri.  The first is an ICF custom home community, named Saddle Brook, featuring eight home sites from 1.5 to 5 acres.  Located in Wildwood, these homes are close to miles of hiking, biking, and equestrian trails in state and county parks.  The second is an ICF villa community, named Weber Hill, featuring 28 ranch-style attached homes in Eureka.
