    Due to the nature of some of the land we develop, on-site individual wastewater treatment is occasionally required.  To that end, we have earned a master drain layer license in St. Louis County, Missouri.  When developments and construction sites do not offer public sewer systems, we are capable of engineering and installing a tertiary treatment system second to none.  This allows us to truly be your one-stop-shop for building the home of your dreams.

    The systems we engineer and install are NSF approved and provide effluent qualities other systems cannot begin to achieve.  In keeping with our environmental responsibilities, we dispose of the effluent via a drip irrigation system.  The drip lines are individually engineered to prevent saturating soils even during periods of heavy precipitation.  Furthermore, you get a sub-surface lawn irrigation system to keep your grass green during the dog days of summer.  The system also comes standard with a two-year professional maintenance agreement.  At the end of the two years, we encourage extending the maintenance contract with a factory authorized service company to ensure optimal system performance.
