Saddle Brook features eight truly custom Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) homes.  DHA will work with you to make your ICF home ideas a reality.  Bring your ideas, drawings, and pictures to our staff to develop plans to meet all of your needs.  At Saddle Brook, we do not offer stock house plans.  We believe custom to mean 'made to order', not made from a limited list of options.

A short walk, ride, or drive to state and county parks, Rockwood schools, shopping, entertainment, and interstate highways, Saddle Brook is at the heart of St. Louis County.  In fact, all of the places listed below are within seven (7) miles of Saddle Brook on paved state or city maintained roads.

Gently rolling hills, wooded acres, grassy plains, and peaceful creeks define Saddle Brook.  Our team of professionals has taken great strides to offer eight beautiful home sites taking full advantage of the natural setting.  Of the 28+ acres comprising Saddle Brook, approximately 19 acres are dedicated to private homes.  The remaining 9+ acres are dedicated to common ground, public use space, and Wildwood's trail system.

Look at the overview below.  Please click on each lot or common ground for more specific information.  At the bottom of this page, please click on the pictures to see our Saddle Brook sign on Highway 100 and the approximate future location of our street.
